In 2007 Kris Garner and Ultra Violet Architects set up a joint venture to enter the property development market. Three years on with proven success behind us and jobs coming in thick and fast, we continue to develop/build for ourselves, and have also entered the general construction market to launch Ultra Violet Design & Build for others. Primarily, our new company is there to act as a ‘one-stop shop’ for clients needing design/architecture services. This route can save both time and money, not to mention a considerable amount of stress dealing with a third party building contractor.
